Element 4: Legal & Other Requirements To establish a procedure for identifying and tracking legal (federal, state, and local) and other requirements applicable to the Encina Wastewater Authority’s (EWA) biosolids management activities. The procedure shall include a management process for incorporating changes and new requirements into the Elements of the EWA’s EMS.
