Element 3: Critical Control Points To identify and document the critical control points in the Encina Wastewater Authority’s (EWA) biosolids management activities throughout the biosolids value chain. The EWA shall also identify potential or actual environmental impacts at each critical control point. The EWA’s critical control points shall be consistent with those identified in the NBP’s Manual of Good Practice and other authoritative sources on biosolids management. The information on the EWA’s critical control points shall be kept up to date and the records shall link each critical control point and its potential environmental impacts with the corresponding operational control(s).
