Element 2: Biosolids Management Policy To establish a Biosolids Management Policy that commits the Encina Wastewater Authority (EWA) to following the principles of conduct set forth in the National Biosolids Code of Good Practice and may include other biosolids commitments the EWA voluntarily chooses to adopt. The EWA’s Biosolids Management Policy shall be communicated to employees, contractors and all interested parties and incorporated into the EWA’s biosolids programs, procedures and practices.
